Membership Policies at Unbroken Fitness

At Unbroken Fitness, we aim to make membership management as straightforward as possible. Below are the details regarding cancellations, holds, freezes, reactivations, and refunds.

Membership Cancellation

• Month-to-Month Memberships:
  You can cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice before your next billing date. If notice is provided within the 30 days before your billing cycle, one final payment will be charged on your established draft date, and you will have 30 days to continue using the facility.
• Term Memberships (6 or 12 Months):
  A 30-day written notice is required before your next billing date. Early cancellations will incur a fee equal to one month’s membership for the plan.

Membership Holds and Freezes

• Memberships can be frozen for 30 to 90 days per calendar year with written notice submitted before the requested freeze start date.
• Freezes are not retroactive and cannot be applied for personal travel under three weeks.
• Prepaid memberships will be extended by the number of frozen months.
• Billing resumes automatically when the freeze period ends.

Military Exceptions: Members on temporary duty assignments may request freezes longer than 90 days with advance notice.

Cancelling During a Freeze: Written cancellation notice must be provided 30 days before the freeze ends to avoid billing for the next month.

If you cancel and return later, your membership will be subject to the current rates at the time of re-enrollment.

Refunds

• Refunds are not issued for missed classes or unused memberships.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official form. We do not process cancellations via social media or other channels.

No exceptions will be made for refunds on missed sessions, late cancellation requests, or previously drawn payments.
